Each unit at Wildhorse Townhomes in St. Louis runs approximately 2,300 SF with a garage, full bath, and bedroom on the first floor, kitchen and living on the second, and two bedrooms, two baths, and laundry on the third. Construction documents were prepared in Revit with unit drawings for both types, a site plan showing service points for each building, discipline specifications on the drawings, and signed and sealed permit sets with responses to city plan review comments.
