Built in 1998, this single-story bank branch in West Plains, Missouri needed more than a refresh. The project called for a full interior gut, a 765-square-foot expansion with a new vestibule and offices, and a reworking of the drive-up from five lanes to three. Structural concerns at the roof and front brick facade added complexity.
On-site assessments of structural and MEPFP conditions preceded design. G&W selected the structural framing system and provided peer review of sheathing and cladding. MEPFP Engineering covered ductwork modifications, LED lighting with photometric plans, power and data distribution, plumbing extensions, and security rough-ins. Civil scope included topographic survey, ADA sidewalks and parking, drive-up reconfiguration with a new canopy, parking lot rehabilitation, and erosion control. Three disciplines moved through construction documents and administration as one coordinated package.
