High-density entertainment facilities carry electrical fault hazards that have to be quantified before workers can safely operate and maintain the systems inside them. For the new Top Golf facility in St. Louis, G&W performed a short circuit fault current study, protective device coordination study, and arc flash incident energy analysis, producing the documentation and labels required to keep the building’s electrical systems safe and code-compliant from opening day. The work was modeled in Easypower and documented across three AutoCAD one-line diagrams, with an overcurrent protective device setting report and NFPA 70E arc flash labels furnished for contractor installation.
