The Kinetic Park complex in Dardenne Prairie consolidates community-facing programs into a 39,000 SF recreation development. The 15,000 SF pavilion serves as the public anchor, housing a café, esports center, administrative offices, and a 7,500 SF flexible event space supporting daily programming and one-off gatherings. Mirrored stainless steel panels integrated into the underside of an extended roof canopy reflect the surrounding landscape into the pavilion, drawing the park into the building.

MEPFP Engineering covered every program type, with systems sized to the daily realities of café service, esports infrastructure, administrative occupancy, and a flexible event hall that shifts use throughout the week. Construction documents and construction administration carried the work through to opening.
