A multi-year roof replacement program across Missouri S&T’s Rolla campus engaged G&W on four distinct buildings between 2019 and 2022. The Rec Center / Field House and Library were addressed in the 2019 cycle, followed by Butler-Carlton Hall and Centennial Hall in 2022. Each building carried its own assembly conditions and replacement priorities within the broader campus program.

For each assignment, G&W delivered roof replacement design documents and building enclosure consulting, with plans and specifications sized to the use patterns of each facility. Working under the project architect, the team provided design consulting from concept through bid documents, supporting the university’s ongoing capital renewal across academic, athletic, and library facilities.
