Greater Texas Federal CU - HQ

Unlike the standard branch prototype, this 25,000 SF credit union headquarters in Austin was purpose-built as a corporate facility for a major Texas-based financial institution. The two-story building houses open workstations, private offices, conference and board rooms, a fitness center, employee cafe, and exterior amenity spaces, with a full building emergency generator ensuring operational continuity.

Across both floors, the scope included interior (ambient and egress) lighting with photometric documentation, power and data distribution, electrical building distribution design, IT room and IDF closet design, security rough-ins, sidewalk and flagpole lighting, exterior patio power, and an employee ATM. A separate bid package was developed for underground electrical work to support phased construction sequencing. Construction administration included RFI responses, shop drawing review, and two site observations.
