The Georgian Apartments

Five buildings on the former City Hospital site in St. Louis had sat vacant long enough that none of the existing electrical systems were salvageable. That meant designing everything from scratch across all five structures: utility coordination, load calculations, premise numbers, construction documents, photometrics, and permit sets for a 65-unit residential redevelopment. G&W handled the complete electrical scope from Ameren coordination through AHJ permit review, delivering signed and sealed drawings for all five buildings.
