Carved into a sloping 4.75-acre site bordered by a retail strip, a residential subdivision, and a heavily wooded parcel, The Flats at Dorsett Ridge brought the first new contemporary residences to Maryland Heights. The four-story, 214-unit building totals 230,000 SF of apartments above a 118,000 SF parking deck, with an amenity package including a courtyard pool, fitness center with yoga and cycling rooms, dog park, pet spa, clubhouse with golf simulator, and a co-working business center.

G&W’s scope crossed disciplines. Civil engineering delivered site civil development across the 4.75-acre slope, including grading, drainage, and storm water management. Mechanical and plumbing engineering supported the residential program, with construction administration spanning all three disciplines through project closeout.
