Energizer Holdings HQ

Relocating a corporate headquarters into roughly 50,000 SF of leased space in Clayton meant building out everything beyond the existing core to fit how the company actually works: private and open offices, conference rooms, and support spaces ranging from server and records rooms to a wellness room and break areas. The base building set the starting point, and the real work was deciding what to carry forward and what to rework for the new layout.

G&W provided MEPFP Engineering from schematic design through construction administration, extending and adapting systems rather than replacing major equipment. Scope included lighting design and controls, a coordinated power and low-voltage plan, a fire alarm layout for permitting, and a fire protection performance specification for the design-build sprinkler scope. Permit drawings were prepared in Revit, with construction administration through closeout.
