Five drive-thru coffee stores in three states make a small program on paper and five separate engineering problems in practice. Dutch Bros sites in Topeka, Kansas; Edwardsville, Illinois; and Daytona Beach, North Port, and Fort Myers, Florida each bring their own utility service, site layout, and local permit review. What the rollout needs is a scope that holds from one site to the next.
G&W works alongside the project architect under a master proposal that defines the MEPFP Engineering scope once, then opens each store with a site-specific work letter. From 2024 into 2025, every letter carried that scope forward without changes and on the same terms, so the design team knew the engineering effort for a new site before it started. Each store receives its own set of construction documents, fitted to local conditions.
