Three municipal properties in Normandy, Missouri required individual facility condition assessments to inform the City’s long-term capital planning. The 6,800 SF City Hall houses offices, police, courts, and council chambers; a 2,010 SF Bermuda Road structure serves as municipal storage; and a 2,000 SF Public Works compound supports operations.
G&W conducted each assessment in accordance with ASTM E 2018-15, evaluating structural, MEPFP, and life safety systems at all three properties. Final reports included prioritized recommendations and cost opinions based on observed age and condition, giving the City a clear roadmap for facility improvements and budget planning across the sites.
