A single-story, 97,000 SF multipurpose sports facility in Chesterfield gives the city a flexible competition venue. The main floor supports nine basketball courts that convert to 18 volleyball courts, with a 7,300 SF mezzanine providing spectator viewing and additional restrooms above. The first level supports the courts with a lobby, team locker rooms, concessions, fitness space, restrooms, and storage.

G&W provided MEPFP Engineering across the full program, sizing systems to the demands of an active multi-sport facility with high-occupancy event spaces and a flexible court program supporting tournament and league play.
