An 18,000 SF multi-story brick residential building overlooking the Mississippi River carries fifteen secure residential units alongside communal, educational, and counseling functions and a two-story administrative wing. Enclosure commissioning focused on the assemblies most likely to cause problems after occupancy.

G&W wrote the BECx plan defining which systems would be tested, at what frequency, and against what acceptance criteria. Independent document review and a page-turn session with the construction team preceded three construction-phase site visits verifying enclosure progress and key details in place. A final BECx report and an enclosure maintenance manual gave the owner inspection recommendations and warranty information for each system.
