An interior renovation of a two-story bank in Water Valley, Mississippi grew to include a new rear drive-up facility, and the site work came with it: a widened entrance from Railroad Avenue, a new canopy with support islands, reconfigured drive lanes, and full parking lot replacement. Structural, civil, and MEPFP scopes all touched the same footprint, making single-team coordination the practical path from day one.
G&W began with site visits to assess existing MEPFP and structural conditions, then carried all three disciplines through design. Structural engineering addressed the modifications where new construction ties into the original framing. Civil work covered topographic survey, grading, demolition planning, erosion control, and agency coordination with the City of Water Valley. MEPFP Engineering completed the package with design documents for all building systems serving the renovated space.
