MidAmerica St. Louis Airport

A facility condition assessment update across ten properties on a regional airport campus in Mascoutah ranged from a 95,127 SF passenger terminal to smaller support structures including a customs facility, firefighting station, maintenance building, and utility pump house. Each facility carried distinct enclosure and systems conditions that had to be captured in a single coordinated assessment.

G&W conducted on-site evaluations of facade, window, glazing, roofing, paving, and site appurtenance conditions at each building, using UAV aerial photography to document upper-elevation facade conditions. Findings were compiled into individual facility reports with repair and replacement cost estimates and service-life projections, supported by an Excel-based cost tracking tool for the owner’s capital planning process.
