A new family entertainment facility brings an unusual combination of engineering demands: high-occupancy public spaces, food service, interactive attractions, and exterior site lighting all in a single two-story building. WOW Entertainment in Fenton totals approximately 26,500 SF across two floors, with G&W providing both electrical and plumbing engineering design-build services for the project. Electrical scope included utility coordination, voltage and transformer selection, building load estimates, a site lighting photometric plan, and full construction documents through permit and AHJ review. Plumbing engineering covered construction documents for all plumbing systems and equipment. Construction administration for both disciplines included submittal review, site visits, final punch list, and as-built coordination.
