Forsyth Pointe is a dual-tower Class A office development in Clayton, Missouri, with each tower rising above a shared above-grade parking structure and connected by a sixth-level terrace garden. Coordinating two distinct towers with separate parking structures, multi-story office floors, and amenity levels including a dedicated 18,000 SF event floor required tight MEP alignment across the full building program from the start.
G&W was engaged by the developer to deliver MEPFP Engineering using a design-build delivery method, serving as the bridging engineer of record. Scope included utility coordination with Ameren for primary electrical service, preparation of design-build narrative documents and schematic-level bridging drawings, site lighting photometric design, and construction administration including shop drawing review and phased site observations through project closeout.
