Built for an education-sector membership base, this 6,500 SF credit union branch in Los Banos, California includes a retail lobby, teller area, private offices, training and community room, and three drive-up lanes. All MEPFP systems were designed to California Title 24 energy requirements, adding a layer of documentation and coordination beyond standard delivery.
Across all disciplines, the scope addressed power utility coordination, site and interior (ambient and egress) lighting with photometric documentation, HVAC design for occupant comfort and code compliance, IT room and IDF closet design, sensor-operated hands-free plumbing fixtures, security rough-ins, and a fire protection performance specification. Construction documents were prepared in Revit with a project manual for competitive bidding, with construction administration services provided through closeout.
