Routing plumbing through an existing three-story office building being converted to 207 residential units means working around structure that was never designed for individual unit connections, high-density fixture loads, or the amenity program that came with it. The ground level alone included a fitness center, theater, wellness room, salon, and pool equipment room. G&W provided plumbing engineering design-build services and BIM coordination for the project, using the model to resolve routing conflicts before they reached the field and delivering a system designed for the density and diversity of the finished building.
