Ste. Genevieve R-II School District

Between 2022 and 2024, the Ste. Genevieve R-II School District engaged G&W for MEPFP Engineering on all five of its buildings, from the early childhood center through the high school. The scope ranged from a ground-up early childhood facility to gymnasium additions at the elementary and high school, an athletic-wing reconfiguration, a corridor-and-elevator addition connecting three floors of the middle school, and an office renovation at Bloomsdale Elementary.

The buildings differed widely in scale, from a 31,500 SF new building to a 1,310 SF interior renovation, and each carried its own occupancy pattern and system loads. Working under one district relationship kept documentation and construction administration consistent across all five. G&W issued signed and sealed permit drawings, project manuals, and fire protection performance specifications for each building, then carried every project through construction administration and final punch.
