G&W was selected to provide MEP/FP engineering for Forsyth Pointe, the new mixed used building located in downtown Clayton. The project includes a 10-story Commerce Bank Tower with over 265,000 square feet, as well as an 8-story west tower which consists of 210,000 square feet. Additionally, a seven-level, 1,250-space parking structure, stretching 2 ½ levels underground, links the two office towers.
The complex features 20,000 square feet of street-level retail, as well as a 1-acre green roof garden terrace atop the parking structure. Other offerings include a 10,000-square-foot fitness center and ground-level arts & entertainment venue. Health and wellness in the workplace is a central theme at Forsyth Pointe. The property has been designed to qualify for LEED Silver certification.
