Chapter at the Streets is a multifamily residential community in St. Charles, and its enclosure scope ran from the drawing board through field verification. G&W began with a review of the enclosure drawings, specifications, and submittals, flagging transitions and detailing concerns before construction. A pre-construction meeting and an early mock-up review set the standard for the work to follow, with spray nozzle water testing of windows to AAMA 501.2 confirming the assembly before full production began. Five quality assurance visits then tracked waterproofing, sheathing, weather-resistant barriers, roofing, and cladding as they went in, with a running issues log documenting resolution for the owner.
